First Refuge Ministries’ Food Pantry plays a vital role in supporting families in Denton by providing nutritious food and essential supplies to those facing food insecurity.

First Refuge operates as a "Choice Pantry," empowering neighbors to select foods that align with their dietary needs and preferences. This approach allows them to supplement what they already have at home, enhancing their ability to create balanced and nourishing meals.

Each visit to our pantry offers nutritious meals along with supportive care, compassion, and understanding for families facing challenging times, such as sudden job loss, health issues, or other financial struggles.

Clients living north of Lake Lewisville are welcome to visit every 30 days during our operating hours.
